What is the French Fab?

Created in 2017 by Bruno Le Maire, the French Fab is the standard-bearer of the dynamic French industry and recognizes industrial sites with the desire to develop French industry. This label highlights excellence, creativity, and French know-how, especially in innovation.

FACTEM, a member of the French Fab:

In this context, FACTEM is part of the FRENCH FAB community for its activities. Indeed, as a leader in audio accessories, FACTEM is a French SME located in Bayeux (14). It operates in various sectors of the industry and is organized around two business units: acoustics and industrial detection. The ambition of FACTEM is to design and manufacture increasingly innovative products using new technologies to obtain high-quality products. This is why FACTEM invests more than 12% of its turnover in R&D every year to continue its ascent and to control the design, development, production, and monitoring of its products internally. With around fifteen people, the R&D department represents a significant portion of the company's workforce. It is a specificity that the company wants to highlight to promote open innovation in collaboration with its clients. As a winner of the Aeronautical Recovery Plan, FACTEM also invests in its production tool by implementing its Manufacturing Execution System (MES) in 2023.

For FACTEM, the goal is, and remains, to offer 100% 'Made In France' products."
